France to tax carbon pulluters

Well I just finished reading this article about how France plans to tax carbon emitters. It is about high time that a non-third world country do so. This was only the second country which I have seen to do this, the other one being South Korea. I will let this article peak for itself, and wish France and South Korea the best in their endeavors!
