Wind Production Tax Credit dead again

Can anyone say buy off Republican lawmakers? It is about the only way which I can see getting the PTC passed with the congress we currently have in power. It seems as money is the only thing which this group of conservatives pays any attention to what so ever! And we are in complete agreement in the need to pay the lawmakers off.
