San Onfre's owner says they do not know when it will start back up

As I reported in my March 16, blog article San Onfre shut down after leaking nuclear waste into the sea. Well the plant has remained idled ever since this nuclear accident happened. What is worse, they know the cause of the leaks, holes developed in new boiler tubing. But the problem they have not been able to isolate the cause of the tubing failure. This is a recent article about it: Edison says it will keep the San Onfre plant closed until they discover what led to the leaks in their tubes. And as can be seen by this article the San Onfre plant is one of Edison Electric holdings throughout this country.
