Washigton state set to update their laws vis-a-vis geothermal resources

The legislature out in Washington state is set to take on geothermal resources. The old law regulating to geothermal resources is antiquated and power can actual be developed out of some resources that it was not possible to under the 1970's law that regulated such. This new bill, which is known as SB 6285 can be viewed by clicking on the link I just supplied you with. This law also tackles the underlying resource, which of course is water.
