Public charging stations for EV's in San Antonio
Apparently CPS energy is preparing for EV's (electric vehicle's) in San Antonio. According to this article, they have the chargers ready for use in San Antonio. I believe it list nine locations within San Antonio where you could charge your car up at. These are Level 2 chargers which are capable of charging your cars within four to eight hours, depending on the type of car you are charging. A long cry from the five minutes needed to refill your car with petro I know, but this technology has come a long way in a short period of time. These are all 'public' charging stations, and as such just cost drivers a dollar an hour to recharge their batteries.
