Who/What is the Americans for Prosperity?

The majority of the American public are unaware of who and what is the Americans for Prosperity. You see the Americans for Prosperity or AFP for short is one of Charles and David Koch's front groups.

Why should all of this matter to the typical American? Well, that requires a rather in depth answer. You see the AFP were the original founders for the Tea Party Movement in this country. While every single TEA Party member will deny this fact, it is undeniable if you look into it as many have done.

So, why were the Koch brothers so instrumental in starting the TEA Party movement, and how do they stand to gain by doing so? Well, basically in a nutshell, they stand to gain big by having less regulation. Less EPA regulations and the like is primarily why they support this TEA Party movement. But the healthcare reform bill which they were so much against would have cost them mere millions of the billions they have made since President Obama took office.

It is an interesting tactic which the Kochs have decided to use-- using front groups such as AFP, the CATO Institute, etc to do their bidding for them. And, here in America it always appears better if the support is coming from the grassroots. Well, nothing could be further from the truth, because AFP was founded by the Koch brothers and funded by the likes of Exxon etal.

So, please do your research before signing on to support a political group or movement. And of course they (the AFP and TEA Party) have resorted to the tactics of the past, using keywords like socialist and communist. See these words invoke a certain feeling in us all as Americans. But, the truth be known our President and the Democratic party have not engaged in any of the attacks which have been laid upon them. The Americans for Prosperity have erroneously named the democrats as such because they know what kind of stigma it leads to. Well, sorry Charles and David Koch there are still many scientists such as me out here that know of your rather nefarious ways, and we will fight to the death to expose you and your sham front groups such as Americans for Prosperity!
