Alpha Natural Resources to receive three new experts

Well Alpha is receiving three new experts to spearhead their newly formed Alpha Foundation for the Improvement of Mine Safety and Health Inc according to their settlement with the federal government.

You may not realize this, but Alpha was the company which had the worst mining disaster in nearly half a century-- the 2010 Upper Big Branch mine disaster. The Upper Big Branch disaster included the deaths of twenty-nine miners, out of thirty-one which were onsite at the time of said disaster. I brought you this story after reading this article on Alpha. But it is important for you to know that Alpha recently acquired this mine from Massey Energy who owned Upper Big Branch at the time of said disaster. It goes into detail about everyone they hired, and what they plan to do with this new 'commission' if you will; plus it goes into detail about how much money in fines they paid as what they paid the miners who were killed.

This is what the unionization movement fought so hard against, and I for one am unhappy to see history repeating itself because Ronald Reagan effectively broke the backs and spirits of people like these miners!
