The newest, most efficient solar panel to date using gallium arsenide
Well you are never going to believe it today my good friend Craig Rhodes introduced me to a company that manufactures the highest efficiency solar panel to date. They do this by using gallium arsenide instead of using traditional silicone. Now this came as no surprise to me as gallium itself is categorized as a semi conductor itself. The arsenic as well is made neutral when combined with the gallium so it is safe.
