#Gazablackout caused by Egypt intentionally or did it happen on purpose?

While I am unsure what type of fuel is used in the powerstation in Gaza (I just learned of this and have not taken the time to look into it) I am sure it could only be of two sources. Since #Gazablackout reports it as acquiring its fuel from Egypt one can only assume that it runs on natural gas or crude. But anyway they are reporting a black out over there from sometime earlier today. If you look at that video you need to go directly to 23 minutes into this broadcast to hear the story about the black out.
