Tesla unveils the first of their solar chargers in California

Tesla has unveiled their solar charging stations. Remember, as I have talked about here before in this article on Elon Musk, who also owns a solar installation, Solar City.

And I would have to be in complete agreement with Jack Rickard on this one; it seems as if he was totally correct in his postulate regarding Solar City and Tesla. It does seem as though Elon plans to use his solar installation company to power charging stations for his cars. And here is a picture of what they have unveiled thus far in California:

You might could say that Elon Musk is seen as a visionary for alternative energy and cars that use such. Or in the alternative, you could simply dismiss this as a prudent business decision.
