Ok I have decided to make an independent story about the price of oil and gasoline. Apparently there has been a sharp decrease in the price of both said commodities. This
articel via CBS news reports the fall somewhere between 5-6%. And likewise this
article from the Huffington Post also credits gas and oil prices have fallen well below their February high.
Both articles credit it with going below a $100 a barrel for the first time in about ten years as this graph depicts, compliments of the zfacts.com website:
It is a shame to me that we do not invest in technologies such as the Thorium LFTR technology which would give us total energy independence!
It's worth noting that gas prices began to drop, and avg. of 14 cents so far, after Obama threatened to go after the speculators responsible for the artificial increase in prices.
