Alex Energy, Elk Run Coal Company Sued Over Contaminated Water From West Virginia Mines

Now I am unsure if these companies were the ones which I watched a documentary on. But if they are they have polluted the water so badly with this coal runoff. I mean the town next to one of their offloading facility has the highest incident rate of brain cancer in this country, if not the entire world-- all due to this runoff. Plus to make matters worse the school for this town is right next to their facility. Thereby effectively poisoning their children with this toxic sludge.
