New England wind project

According to the Huffingtonpost website New England is engaging in a massive wind farm project. The project which I am referring to is known as the Cape Wind project. And if you wish to learn more of the specifics you should go here to read all about it. But as of right now only fifty percent of said project is sold, and they are looking for buyers for the rest. I am only assuming that they are waiting for a contract to develop before breaking ground on the project.
