New Hampshire Cannabis or industrial hemp bill

The New Hampshire house passed a bill to allow hemp farming. Now all have to do after their senate and governor passes it is have two more New England states pass similar measures. Now I am not quite sure why they need to more states to pass a similar measure, but according to this story they have to. What most people are unaware of is that a plethora of petroleum products could be easily replaced with hemp. I am talking about everything from dynamite to fuel for vehicles. So as you can be sure big business is opposing this plan. and the thing about hemp is it will thrive most anywhere.
